REMOVE DATA

• Profile Photo — Remove your selfie used for AI-generated mirrors
• Dreams & Goals — Clear specific dreams, target dates, and associated data
• Habit History — Remove daily habit completion records and streaks
• Sprint Data — Clear past sprint progress and history
• AI-Generated Mirrors — Delete generated images and stories
• Happiness Scores — Remove mood and progress tracking data

Option 1 — In the App: You can delete specific data directly within Mirror. Go to the relevant section (e.g., a dream or sprint) and use the delete option to remove it.

Option 2 — Email Request: Send an email to privacy@mirrorapp.com with the subject line “Data Removal Request.” Include the email associated with your account and specify which data you want removed.

In-app deletions take effect immediately. Email requests are processed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation once the requested data has been removed.

Removing data may affect your app experience. For example, deleting your profile photo means AI mirrors will no longer reflect your appearance. Removing habit history will reset your streaks and progress statistics.
